Ronnie is a public-sector professional, nonprofit development consultant, and doctoral fellow with more than 20 years of experience in leadership, organizational development, and community engagement. As a Senior Analyst with First 5 San Bernardino, she brings a funder's perspective to strategic investments, nonprofit partnerships, and organizational sustainability. She also facilitates statewide Race, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI) learning efforts through the First 5 Association.
A former president of the San Bernardino County Women's Network and consultant with the Taproot Foundation, Ronnie has supported leadership development and organizational capacity building across public, nonprofit, and community sectors. Currently pursuing a PhD in Executive Management at Claremont Graduate University, she is passionate about equipping mission-driven leaders with strategies to cultivate inclusive cultures, sustain their workforce, and align resources with purpose.
