John Epps | Managing Principal
Mr. John Epps is Managing Principal at Creative Excellence. He and his team support strategies and initiatives that invest in the growth and empowerment of individuals, teams, and organizations that want to transform their markets, communities, and careers.
He currently serves as Board Secretary on the Academy for Grassroots Organizations Board, the Secretary and Treasurer of the Board for Building Resilient Communities, Board President at HARC and has previously served as Treasurer and Board Secretary.
Mr. Epps was the Founder and Executive Director of We Are One United Inc., a nonprofit in Palm Desert. He focused on Positive Youth Development, Mental Health, and Community Service and Wellness. Mr. Epps was the Founder and Executive Director of Applied Principles for Service, and he developed a Welfare-to-Work Vocational Training program in San Bernardino, CA. As the Program Director for Operation Hand-Up, a nonprofit project for the Rock Church and World Outreach Center.
