Catherine M. Hadnot, Community Manager
Catherine Hadnot is a Community Manager in Victorville, California for Community & Business Development. She is a local ambassador for Chase whose job is to build and nurture relationships with key community leaders, nonprofit partners, and small businesses at the neighborhood level. Cat hosts financial health workshops, facilitates non-profit partnerships, and offers community programming. She is helping to advance racial equity by supporting Black and Latinx communities with tools and resources to help them improve their financial well-being.
With over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry, Catherine has held a number of positions including Personal Banker, Assistant Branch Manager & Teller. Prior to this role, Cat served as Branch Manager at JPMorgan Chase. She is currently a member of BOLD, NextGen, Pride, Adelante & WOTM and serves on the board of Adelante IE at Chase.
Cat currently lives in Rialto with her husband and two boys and spends her free time traveling for sports with her kids, laughing, watching movies, and dancing.

Please note that MapQuest does not give the correct directions to this site ... Interstate 15, Exit "D Street/Highway 18 East" and travel East. Travel two miles through Victorville and up/down a short hill into Apple Valley. The first traffic light in Apple Valley will be Apple Valley Road. The facility is at the Northwest (left) side of the intersection of Apple Valley Road and Hwy. 18, behind the gas station, in the center of the strip mall. Parking is in the lot in front of the building. Please do not park in short-term spots or you will be towed. There are two Highway 18 exits. Make sure you take the one that says "D Street."
