•    Know what the basic pre-grantwriting steps are and have a list of what you need to do/have in place to be ready for grantwriting
•    Understand the importance of developing a concise, data-based Needs Statement
•    Draft an appropriate Needs Statement for a program for which you wish to seek funding
•    Understand the importance of and general use of Logic Models as relates to grantwriting
•    Begin drafting a Logic Model for a program for which you wish to seek funding
•    Receive funding research guidance and resources
•    Complete a Grantwriting Readiness Checklist
