Raised within an advertising franchise environment, she began working alongside her mother at an early age. This immersion allowed her to spend the majority of her career navigating diverse roles focused directly on branding strategy, marketing, and business support.

Her educational journey later shaped her approach to professional development. While returning to school for business studies, Gaulke observed that traditional academic curriculums frequently focus exclusively on the corporate world. Recognizing a distinct gap in practical resources, she became dedicated to converting those foundational lessons into relevant, accessible information designed specifically for small business owners.

As CEO of The Classy Dame, Gaulke focuses on analyzing operational systems, refining professional communication frameworks, and helping business owners address the systemic roadblocks that naturally develop along the way. Knowing that every small business operates differently, her background emphasizes helping owners streamline their systems to achieve their specific vision of success.

Beyond her work with the company, Gaulke applies her organizational background to community development as part of a start-up non-profit called ReTree California. She resides in Apple Valley with her family, including her husband of 17 years, their two teenage sons, and her mother. Outside of her professional endeavors, she participates alongside her family in the Renaissance Faire, which serves as a long-time hobby and the venue where she and her husband first met.
