The Town's Sunset Concert Series\, produced by her department\, has won the "Best of the Desert" award three years in a row for "Best Live Entertainment".\n\n\n\nRene de la Cruz: Rene Ray De La Cruz is a third-generation Victor Valley resident who currently reports for the Victorville Daily Press/High Desert Media Group\, a division of Local Media Group.\n\n \n\nAs a reporter who has written nearly 3\,000 stories over the last five years\, Rene currently covers the entire High Desert He generates content that includes city politics\, business\, real estate\, development\, education the nonprofit sector and human interest.\n\n \nResource Exchange:\n\n\nBe Prepared - Download Resource Exchange Form HERE\n\n\n\nThe purpose of the Resource Exchange is for nonprofits to be able to share\, trade\, sell\, swap\, or give away resources to other nonprofits that may use\, want\, need\, or buy those resources. LOCATION:Desert/Mountain Educational Service Center 17800 Highway 18 Apple Valley\, CA Directions to Venue: (DO NOT USE GPS) Please note that MapQuest does not give the correct directions to this site ... Interstate 15\, Exit "D Street/Highway 18 East" and travel East. Travel two miles through Victorville and up/down a short hill into Apple Valley. The first traffic light in Apple Valley will be Apple Valley Road. The facility is at the Northwest (left) side of the intersection of Apple Valley Road and Hwy. 18\, behind the gas station\, in the center of the strip mall. Parking is in the lot in front of the building. Please do not park in short-term spots or you will be towed. There are two Highway 18 exits. Make sure you take the one that says "D Street." If you require special accommodations\, such as sign language interpretation\, please note that two (2) weeks notice is required to fulfill your request.
