Previously\, Marisol led philanthropic efforts for the San Manual Band of Mission Indians\, where she managed a portfolio of more than 400 grants\, worked with tribal nations throughout the United States\, and supported the areas of economic development\, arts\, culture\, and health.  Throughout her career\, she has been an advocate for the Inland Empire and Indigenous communities.\n\n									 \n\n									\n									\n\n									Rockette Richardson Ewell\, Vice President\, Community Affairs Manager\, Southern California Affairs & Engagement\n\n									U.S. Bank\n\n									\n\n									Rockette Ewell leads U.S. Bank's Community Affairs team in California. She and her team direct charitable giving and community reinvestment efforts statewide\, as well as identify and develop community partnerships and employee volunteer opportunities that support the bank's corporate social responsibility priorities as well as drive business results. Much of their work over the next five years will be focused on U.S. Bank's $100 Billion Community Benefit Plan (or CBP)\, crafted in conjunction with the acquisition of MUFG Union Bank. The CBP supports equitable access to capital in low\, and moderate-income communities and communities of color\, with $60 billion dedicated to California.\n\n									 \n\n									Rockette is an active community volunteer\, currently serving on the boards of Jewish Family Service and Episcopal Community Services. She is also U.S. Bank's representative on the San Diego City-County Reinvestment Task Force and a 2015 graduate of LEAD San Diego's Impact program. \n\n									 \n\n									A native Texan\, Rockette is a graduate of Princeton University\, where she majored in Religion. She and her husband reside in north San Diego County.\n\n									 \n\n									\n									\n\n									Angelica Baltazar\, MSW\, President\, \n\n									IEHP Foundation\n\n									\n\n									After a long career in health and human services\, including roles in social work\, public health\, local government and technology\, a new path led Angelica Baltazar to the IEHP Foundation. Her journey to IEHP is a culmination of her life experiences across various business sectors in both profit and not-for-profit organizations in education\, community and faith-based groups.\n\n									\n\n									And now\, Angelica brings her knowledge in providing technical assistance to local governments and giving specific recommendations for policy and environmental strategies to improve residents' health as she leads the IEHP Foundation.\n\n									\n\n									Her work in both the public health and human service industries equip her to collaborate with health and human services administrators\, public health organizations\, social services and not-for-profit organizations.\n\n									\n\n									Angelica holds a bachelor's in social work from California State Polytechnic University\, Pomona and a Master of Science in social work (MSW) in policy\, planning and administration from Loma Linda University.
