In his 13+ years of leadership and experience\, he has educated and developed leadership skills in more than 800 youth and parents\; built staff and operational capacity for more than five educational institutions through data collection\, grant development\, and professional development\; and has advocated and assessed the implementation of more than $350 million invested in Educational Equity for Los Angeles Youth.
