As Program Manager for the Eastern Coachella Valley under TCE?s 10-year Building Healthy Communities initiative\, Luna manages a grant portfolio focused on improving community health\n\nthrough community engagement in policy/advocacy and systems change.\n\n\n\n\n\nDoug Rowand\, President & CEO of Arrowhead United Way and 2017 Chair of the Funders Alliance\n\nDoug Rowand has been the CEO of Arrowhead United Way for 20 years. His team established the San Bernardino United Relief Fund immediately following the December 2\, 2015 terrorist shooting in San Bernardino. Over $2.5 million was raised to assist those affected by the tragedy.  \n\n\n\nDoug is the chair of the Funders Alliance serving San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.  The Funders Alliance seeks to raise awareness of the Inland Empire with the major foundations in Los Angeles for the purpose of increasing their funding in our region.
