Under his leadership\, the agency has grown from an annual budget of $500k in 2012 to over $15M in 2025. Most of this funding is from federal and state grants. Darryl also volunteers his time as a grant reviewer for four federal departments: the Office of Victims of Crime\, the Department of Justice\, the Administration for Children and Families\, and the Office of Recovery and Resettlement.
