See Online Registration link below. \n\n\n\nMessages are just words   unless you know how to make them work for your entire organization.\n\n\n\nMarketing messaging is an essential element in your organization's communications toolbox\, but developing and using messages can seem overwhelming\, especially for small and mid-sized organizations that may not have formal marketing departments. This session will start from the beginning by helping you to identify your communications goals and audiences\, and then going step-by-step through the process of crafting effective messages and developing an action plan for infusing them into all of your organization's communications.\n\n\n\nWe'll tackle questions such as:\n\n	How is messaging connecting to branding\, including mission and vision statements?\n	What makes an effective message?\n	How do you get started drafting a messaging platform and how much detail is enough?\n	How can you use messages across your organization\, not just in formal marketing materials?\n	How can you train your staff\, volunteers and Board of Directors to use messages in their day-to-day communications?\n	How do you know if your messages are working and how do you keep them updated?\n\n\n\n\n\nSpecial thanks to our In-kind Sponsors\, Inland Empire United Way and AFP Inland Empire Chapter\, for making this training possible.
