This interactive training will cover strategies\, methods\, and practical tools for community collaboration. Expect to participate in hands-on discussions\, planning activities\, and connect with fellow nonprofit leaders as we explore:\n\n	The what\, why\, and when of engaging in collaborations.\n	Key considerations for successful collaborations.\n	Leading and participating in partnerships and collaborations.\n	Building strategic relationships for collaboration.\n	Avoiding pitfalls and building strong\, meaningful collaborations.\n	Putting collaboration into action.\n\nPresenter Information:\n\n\n\nJulie Ha Truong\, Director of Education\, Center for Nonprofit Management\n\n\n\nJulie is an experienced nonprofit management professional\, facilitating groups and individuals to transform big ideas into reality. For 16 years she has spearheaded a number of collaborations and training programs. She is currently the Director of Education at the Center for Nonprofit Management (CNM)\, a premier source for management training\, consulting\, and coaching for thousands of mission-driven leaders.\n\n \n\nFormerly\, Ms. Truong led a public school district's implementation of the Community Schools model with 100 public\, private\, and government partners\, to improve academic and health outcomes for youth and families.\n\n\n\nPreviously\, she also established and led the award-winning Capacity Building Program\, strengthening professionals through training\, consulting\, and coaching. She is best known for her collaborative leadership\, project management\, facilitation\, training\, and coaching skills.
