She is currently the Director of Education at the Center for Nonprofit Management (CNM)\, a premier source for management training\, consulting\, and coaching for thousands of mission-driven leaders.\n\n \n\nFormerly\, Ms. Truong led a public school district's implementation of the Community Schools model with 100 public\, private\, and government partners\, to improve academic and health outcomes for youth and families.\n\n\n\nPreviously\, she also established and led the award-winning Capacity Building Program\, strengthening professionals through training\, consulting\, and coaching. She is best known for her collaborative leadership\, project management\, facilitation\, training\, and coaching skills.
